If you are interested in learning Indian Head Massage as a hobby or to practise on family and friends, then this course is ideal for you. The course is very interactive, fun and informal and is run over 2 days.
You will have plenty of time to learn the Indian Head Massage routine as well as doing meditation and learning about other related topics. We allow plenty of time for practise and you will be receiving IHM as well as learning how to do it on others so you will be nice and relaxed by the end of it!
Some of the areas covered include:
- The Ayurvedic System
- Doshas and Prana
- History of IHM
- Full routine of IHM moves and techniques – demonstration and practise
- Meditation
- Chakras and Colour Therapy
- Basic Anatomy & Physiology
- Tips to Get You Started
- How to Protect and Maintain your Energetic field
As well as full training over the weekend, you will also receive an in depth manual and I am available for ongoing support after the course.
Cost: The cost for Level 1 is £175. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to book your place on the course.
Balance to be paid on the day of the course.

On completion of this course you can also decide to proceed onto the Level 2 Practitioner Course. The course is fully accredited and validated by IPTI (Independent Professional Therapists International)
